In typical tapping scenarios you tap through the points which are located on your face, collarbone, under your arm, and the top of your head. Easy to see why this modality may not always be conducive to public situations. That’s why I created this video, to show you how you can still receive the benefits of tapping, but by doing it in an inconspicuous way.
When we tap, we’re using the same meridian end points used for centuries in acupressure and acupuncture. Tapping is non invasive and super simple to learn and practice.
Tapping is said to help you access your body’s energy and send calming signals to the part of your brain that controls stress.
It feels amazing, and is easy to do anytime, anywhere. Try is for yourself and see : )
