“Thursday Talks” with special guest, Jennifer WIlliams – Episode 21
Join me for another episode of “Thursday Talks” on 10/22 @ 8:00 p.m. EST with special guest, Senior Development Manager at Covenant House, NJ, Jennifer Jennifer Kelly Williams
Covenant House is a safe haven for homeless and trafficked kids from ages 18-21.They provide comprehensive residential care and related services to New Jersey’s youth who have suffered from abuse, neglect, abandonment, homelessness, and human trafficking.
Covenant House journies with their young people from the streets, to their residential crisis centers, to their transitional living homes, and on to independent living in the community to help them break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.
I hope to raise awareness of this epidemic that is happening right under our noses, and bring to light the harsh reality some kids are facing and how we can help in some small way.
We all have voices and can all help make a difference, no matter how small.
I hope you’ll tune in this Thursday night to hear from Jennifer and find out more about Covenant House, what they do, and how we can make a difference in our communities.
This is a public event, so feel free to share.
