Sound Bath Waiver

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a sound bath experience offered by Jillian Laudano LLC. This is a relaxation and wellness activity that may include crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and other calming techniques intended for educational, personal growth, and relaxation purposes only.

I acknowledge that Jillian Laudano is not acting as a physician, psychologist, licensed therapist, or other healthcare provider during this event. No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is being provided.

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating. If I have any medical concerns, I will consult my healthcare provider before participating.

Participation May Not Be Appropriate If You

• Have a seizure disorder or epilepsy
• Have a serious psychiatric condition
• Have significant sound sensitivity
• Experience severe migraines or vertigo
• Have implanted medical devices and have concerns regarding participation
• Are pregnant and have not consulted your healthcare provider

Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Jillian Laudano LLC, Jillian Laudano, the event venue, and their respective employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that no guarantees or promises have been made regarding any specific outcome, benefit, or result from participating in this experience.
