Box breathing is a quick, easy, and effective mindfulness technique that can help you with stress and anxiety.

It is a method used by Navy SEALS, who are often placed in high stress situations.

Box Breathing is a deep breathing technique that is effective in distracting your mind as you count in series of 4’s. It simultaneously calms your nervous system and helps decrease stress.

This quick and easy technique is great to have in your wellness toolbox!

This is something I use a lot and has helped me to regain balance and inner peace in stressful situations.
