EFT Tapping on Weight Loss

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an energetic healing modality that helps reprogram the way we feel by sending calming signals to our brain while we gently tap on our meridian end points.
Tapping is a combination of ancient Eastern acupressure techniques and modern day psychology. Together, creating a beautiful modality that feels amazing in body, mind, and soul.
Weight loss is something many are struggling with, and tapping on weight loss may help the individual reprogram the way they feel about their weight loss journey.
Before you begin, rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 in how you feel around weight loss. When you complete the tapping, rate yourself again and see if that number changed.
Remember to take full responsibility for your own well being when tapping.
Always wash your hands before you begin, as you’ll be touching your face.
